# Pricing & plans

> Choose a Stocksy plan, track monthly email quota, and top up the Notification Wallet when you send past your plan limit.

The **Plans** page is where you review your current plan, email usage, Notification Wallet, and available upgrades. Open it from the Stocksy app sidebar, **Upgrade Plan** / **View plans** on the dashboard, or **View plans** in email Advanced settings.

Choose the plan that fits your store. You can upgrade anytime as waitlist and notification volume grows.

## Current plan usage

The top card shows your active plan, monthly price, and email usage.

| Detail                        | What it means                                                       |
| ----------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Plan name**                 | Your current plan (for example, Starter)                            |
| **Price**                     | Monthly subscription price                                          |
| **Email notifications usage** | Emails used this month vs your plan quota (for example, `3/1000`)   |
| **Remaining this month**      | How many plan emails you still have                                 |
| **Quota renews**              | Date and time when the monthly quota resets to the full plan amount |

Wallet top-ups never renew or reset with the month. Unused wallet balance carries over.

## Notification wallet

The **Notification wallet** is used only after your monthly plan quota is finished.

| Detail      | What it means                  |
| ----------- | ------------------------------ |
| **Balance** | Current prepaid wallet amount  |
| **Rate**    | \$1 per 100 emails after quota |
| **Top up**  | Add more wallet funds          |

Purchased wallet balance never resets on month renew. It only decreases when you send emails past your plan quota.

  The Free plan has no wallet top-up. Sending stops when the free monthly quota is used.

Coming soon waitlist is **not** included on Free.

### Starter — \$9.99/mo

* 1,000 notifications/mo
* After quota: \$1 per 100 emails
* Top-up balance never resets on renew
* Everything in Free, plus:
  * Customize button, sign-up forms, and email templates
  * Minimum stock limit
  * All integrations
  * 7x24 support

### Growth — \$19.99/mo

* 3,000 notifications/mo
* After quota: \$1 per 100 emails
* Top-up balance never resets on renew
* Everything in Starter, plus:
  * Remove Stocksy branding
  * Basic analytics
  * Higher subscriber cap
  * 7x24 support

### Pro — \$49.99/mo

* 10,000 notifications/mo
* After quota: \$1 per 100 emails
* Top-up balance never resets on renew
* Everything in Growth, plus:
  * Custom branded email domain (marked **Coming soon** in the app)
  * Unlimited subscribers
  * Full analytics and reports
  * Priority support

## Change your plan

On each plan card:

* **Current plan** — your active plan (button disabled)
* **Upgrade** — move to a higher plan
* **Downgrade** — move to a lower plan (for example, back to Free)

After you change plans, confirm the new quota on the current plan usage card.
