# Products

> View tracked products, subscriber counts, notification activity, and open product details from the View modal.

The **Products** page shows every product Stocksy is tracking for waitlist and notification activity. Open it from the Stocksy app sidebar or from **View All Products** on the Home dashboard.

Use this page to compare product performance, find products with waiting subscribers, and open a product modal for full subscriber and report details.

## Summary cards

At the top of the page, four cards summarize your catalog activity:

| Metric                     | What it means                                              |
| -------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Products Being Tracked** | How many products have subscriber or notification activity |
| **Total Subscribers**      | All subscribers across tracked products                    |
| **Notifications Sent**     | Total notifications sent for tracked products              |
| **Waiting Subscribers**    | Subscribers still waiting to be notified                   |

## Filters, sort, and refresh

Above the table you can:

* Filter the product list (default **All**)
* Sort products (for example, **Most Subscribers**)
* Click **Refresh** to reload the latest product stats

## Search products

Use **Search by product name** to find a tracked product quickly.

## Products table

The table lists all tracked products:

| Column                 | Description                                                   |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Product**            | Thumbnail, product name, and variant count                    |
| **Subscribers**        | Total subscribers for that product                            |
| **Waiting**            | Subscribers still waiting for a notification                  |
| **Notified**           | Subscribers who have already been notified                    |
| **Notifications Sent** | How many notifications were sent for the product              |
| **Last Activity**      | When the product last had subscriber or notification activity |
| **Actions**            | Click **View** to open the product details modal              |

## View product details

Click **View** on any row to open that product’s modal. The modal shows product-level data without leaving the Products page.

### Product header

At the top of the modal you see:

* Product thumbnail and name
* **Tracked** status badge
* Product ID
* Summary cards for that product: **Subscribers**, **Waiting**, **Notified**, and **Emails Sent**

### Subscribers tab

The **Subscribers** tab lists everyone subscribed to this product:

| Column              | Description                               |
| ------------------- | ----------------------------------------- |
| **Name**            | Subscriber name                           |
| **Email**           | Subscriber email                          |
| **Phone**           | Subscriber phone (if collected)           |
| **Variant**         | Product variant they subscribed to        |
| **Status**          | Current state (for example, **Notified**) |
| **Subscribed Date** | When they subscribed                      |

### Reports tab

Switch to **Reports** for product-level notification reporting and activity for that product.

### Close the modal

Click **Close** or the **X** to return to the Products table.

<Tip>
  Use **View** when you need one product’s full subscriber list. Use the main [Subscribers](/products-subscribers/subscribers) page when you want to search or export across all products.
