# Notifications

> Configure how customers receive Stocksy notifications. Email is available now; more channels may be added later.

The **Notifications** page is where you choose how customers receive alerts from your store. Open it from the Stocksy app sidebar or from **Customize Emails** on the Home dashboard.

## Available channels

Right now Stocksy supports **Email Notifications**.

| Channel                 | Status | What it does                                                             |
| ----------------------- | ------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Email Notifications** | Active | Notify customers by email for back in stock, price drop, and coming soon |

Other notification channels are not available yet.

## Open Email Notifications

1. Go to **Notifications**.
2. Find the **Email Notifications** card.
3. Confirm the status shows **Active**.
4. Click **Customize**.

This opens the email editor where you configure delivery, templates, and styles for all three alert types. See [Email notifications](/widgets-emails/email-notifications).

  Logo, brand name, accent color, social links, and sender details are shared across all email templates. Manage them in [Settings — Branding](/settings/settings#branding).
