The Home dashboard is the first screen you see after opening Stocksy. It shows setup progress, performance metrics, recent activity, and shortcuts to common tasks.

App Embed status

At the top of the page, Stocksy shows whether the theme App Embed is connected.
  • Stocksy App Embed is active — the storefront widget can collect subscribers.
  • If the embed is inactive, enable it in your theme editor. See the Quick start guide.

Setup Guide

The Setup Guide walks new stores through first-time setup:
  1. Enable App Embed
  2. Configure Widget
  3. Customize Email
  4. Receive First Subscriber
  5. Send First Notification
When every step is complete, the card shows a Done badge. You can collapse or dismiss the guide with the controls in the top-right corner.

Overview metrics

The Overview section summarizes store performance with metric cards: Trend percentages compare against the previous period so you can spot growth quickly.

Charts

Below the overview cards, Charts show the last 30 days of:
  • Subscribers — new subscriber sign-ups over time
  • Notifications Sent — notification volume over time
Use these charts to see restock seasons, campaign impact, or quiet periods.

Top Products

Top Products lists products with the latest subscriber sign-ups or notifications. Click View All Products to open the full Products list.

This table shows the newest alert sign-ups:
  • Customer — subscriber name or identifier
  • Product — product they subscribed to
  • Type — alert type such as Back in Stock, Price Drop Alert, or Coming Soon
  • Date — when they subscribed
  • Status — for example Notified when an email was already sent
Click View All Subscribers for the full Subscribers list.

This table shows the latest outbound alerts:
  • Customer — who received the notification
  • Type — alert type badge
  • Channel — delivery channel (for example, Email)

Click View Reports for the full Reports page.

Quick Actions

Quick Actions give one-click access to common setup tasks:

System Health

System Health confirms that Stocksy services are running correctly: You also see the Current App Version and Current Shopify API Version for troubleshooting with support.

Plan Usage

Plan Usage summarizes billing and email capacity:
  • Current Plan — plan name and monthly price, with an Upgrade button
  • Monthly Email Quota — used vs remaining emails for the period
  • Notification Wallet — current balance with a Top up button
  • Quota refresh — when the monthly quota renews
Wallet top-ups do not expire. After you use your monthly quota, Stocksy can continue sending from the wallet at $1 per 100 emails.

Help and Resources

At the bottom of the dashboard you can:
  • Email support at support@opticlon.com
  • Open Documentation
  • Get Support
  • View the Roadmap
  • Suggest Ideas
Start here when something looks off: check App Embed status, then System Health, then Plan Usage (quota or wallet balance).
