The Widgets page is where you turn alert types on and manage how they appear on your storefront. Open it from the Stocksy app sidebar or from Customize Widgets on the Home dashboard.

Widget types

Stocksy includes three widgets. Each card shows an On / Off status, a short description, and actions.
Coming soon waitlist is not available on the free plan. Upgrade to a paid plan to unlock it.

Actions on each widget

Every widget card has two buttons:
  • Customize — open the editor for button text, form content, success message, and styles
  • Add to theme — add or place the widget in your Shopify theme
Check Extension status inside each customize screen. It should show Active when the theme extension is connected.

Customize a widget

  1. Go to Widgets in the Stocksy app.
  2. Find the widget you want.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Update settings in the left panel and confirm them in the live preview on the right.
  5. Save your changes.

Add a widget to your theme

  1. On the Widgets page, click Add to theme for the widget you want.
  2. Follow the theme editor prompts to place the widget on product pages.
  3. Click Save in the theme editor.
If shoppers cannot see a widget, confirm the App Embed is active on the dashboard, then check that the widget status is On and that it was added to your theme.
